They sold me and my husband a mattress and box spring on 11/13/20. When we purchased this we purchased the scotch guard as well, once we went to pick up our mattress after they called us, they said it wasn't ready to be picked up and asked us to come back in an hour. (We refused bc we had taken our lunch break early just to come get the mattress)nWe ended up getting our mattress and headed home, then we realized they had not scotch guarded our mattress even tho we paid for it, so I called up there.nNow here we are on 2/18/21 and we still have yet to have our mattress scotch guarded and I have called up there, or showed up here every week.nThey keep LYING to us and saying oh it'll be next week, then the next, then the next, so on..nThey have yet to call and contact us One time about this incident and its getting old.nnI do not and will not ever recommend anyone to Farmers, they are EXTREMELY unprofessional, and they have no idea what they are doing.nnUpdate: 2/19/21 we received a phone call shortly after I posted this and they did finally come out and scotch guard our mattress today.

The end of the year sale was a big disappointment, I seen only 2 things with clearance tags and they were a few end tables.

Great place if you need a new bedroom suite or a new living room furniture don't forget they also have refrigerators and stoves..
