This store discriminates against people that can not wear masks due to medical conditions. When I was approached by a man named Steve I was asked to put a mask on and when I told them I could not I was asked to leave the store. He was very rude and did not even care to help me. While I was at the register attempting to purchase a phone. I drove to the Verizon store in Forsyth and was helped and treated very well there with zero issues. I will never go back to this store its not right for people to be treated this way.

My cell phone was no longer charging, due to battery life. I was unable to buy a new battery for my type phone, therefore I had no choice to purchase a new phone. Kayla and Demetrius were so helpful to me and answering all my questions and concerns. I usually dread having to go in a Verizon store like the ones on Jonesboro Road in McDonough and the Griffin location. Those employees are so impersonal and they manipulate you. However Kayla and Demetrius are the exact opposite. They really care about you getting the right phone for yourself and treat all their customers with respect. Go-Wireless/Verizon you have an excellent staff at this location, you need to reward them. I highly recommend this location first to anyone that needs a new cell phone or any cell phone needs. Thank you Kayla and Demetrius for making me happy with the purchase of my new cell phone.

We drove to Jackson to upgrade our iPhones because of friends’ recommendations about customer service in Jackson. So glad we did. Kaley was both professional and very friendly/helpful with all aspects of our visit. We will spread the word to take the extra time to go to Jackson...and hopefully Kaley will be working that day!

I came to the store to get a charger for my iPhone and when they didn’t have any a worker (I didn’t catch his name) offered me his own and apologized for not having any. 10/10 customer service.
