I contacted them last week after a rock bounced out of the back of one of their trucks. A black and green dump truck with their name on the driver's door. I wasn't even in the same lane as the truck. I spoke with the owner and explained what happened. She told me she would see where her trucks were and she'd give me a call back. I never heard back and I feel I've given them ample time to respond. I guess they don't want to take responsibility for the damage caused to my vehicle. That just tells me that they may run their business the same way. I've been in situations where I didn't have to claim responsibility for something and pay a bill as a result...but I did because it was the right thing to do.
