When I went to pick my light, upon walking in no one was around to help and no one was even at the desk. The woman that finally came to the desk (Blonde lady) was VERY rude and unprofessional and acted as if i was cutting into her personal time when i asked her to grab my light. Not to mention Took 10 minutes to come to the desk from the back to help me and then it was a problem for her to grab my light? Customer service does not meet expectations for that type of store. Also, to add they do NOT wear mask inside the store when we are almost one year in to a deadly pandemic. Do better. Don’t recommend shopping from here unless you purchase from the Brunette lady (i don’t remember names) she was very sweet and helpful. xoxo

We were involved with Pioneer Lighting while building a second home from out of state. Shellie and Valerie were absolutely the best in giving us a selection that would work in our spaces as well as (when asked) letting us know what might not be a perfect fit. Both ladies are extremely professional, prompt and great to work with. Would not have been able to complete our dream home without them. Highly recommend Pioneer Lighting.

I have used Pioneer Lighting in our past 3 homes and have been extremely satisfied. The quality and care that each individual takes is fantastic. To have such a warm and caring contractor during the construction phase is a welcome change. You cannot go wrong with Pioneer Lighting.

What a Wonderful experience and the Selection is so much more thannI ever expected ! The interactive Website allows you to pick your favorites then the Owner does a fantastic job with assisting in the right size for the room to make the experience complete. Delivery and installation in just days!
