I have been a Sprint customer for nearly 20 years and unfortunately I can’t remember having many pleasant experiences...until today. I visited the Sprint store located at 2515 Fence Rd, Ste 100, Dacula, GA 30019 for assistance removing a SIM card from my phone and left with so much more! Fred and Randall were professional, present and helpful; so much so, they answered questions I didn’t even know I had. Often times customers go through great lengths to complain; I think it’s equally as important we compliment with that same spirit. Because of the wonderful service I received today, this is now my go-to Sprint store- great job gentlemen!nnEm Palmer
