Metro by T-Mobile

I'm having issues with my phone. Called the location told them my issue. He said come see us if you can. So I go. A guy happens to be outside. I'm handicapped and would have had a hard time getting out due to parking. So the guy came over to my van and looked at my phone. Tried several things and still picture messages wouldn't send. Very nice guy. My phone issue will hopefully be resolved when my new billing cycle starts.

I don't recommend using this location for anything other than paying your bill. They are a franchise and do not hold up to the standards set forth buy MetroPCS corporate. They tried to tell me that they didn't have the same policies and I had to physically go to a corporate store for resolution and for them to report this franchise for violation. Buyer beware!

Wanted to fix my iPhone 7 plus. Got it fixed here for very reasonable price within 20mins. Excellent customer service and quality products.

This place will rip you off iPad MetroPCS service for three years and I have an Apple crate on my phone I called to ensure that the phone I wanted to upgrade to what is in stock and then I was informed that I would have to pay $119. 99 plus a $15 upgrade fee and that I did not qualify for the promotional price of $49. I then called customer service Who confirmed that their policy with upgrades and how it works hasn’t changed and customer service informed me that that was not the case and that I was to get the promotional price for upgrading my phone too bad the store owner did not realize that not only was I going to upgrade my phone but add two more lines I would not recommend going here at all ever. I have successfully upgraded my phone several times with MetroPCS for the promotional price . Customer service also advise me to go back to the store and have the owner call but I’m not gonna go that route I don’t wanna purchase anything from someone who’s just trying to rip me off with it being the holiday season and I just wanna let everybody know tell you don’t make a mistake and get overcharged .

Really fast and cheap! Before coming here i went to apple store they said $149+tax. Got my iPhone 6 screen fixed for just $60 & in less than 20 mins. Would recomend this store to all my friends & relatives. Awesome customer service & good quality products. A+++++
