Carla was very helpful and super nice. Wish they had a little more in stock but everything was reasonably priced. Unfortunately the Manager Teri was openly talking rudely about customers ignoring her because they were “just standing around looking” like what are you supposed to do in a store? Definitely should be managed by someone who is less irritatable.
The location has adequate parking. The store has a nice selection of merchandise. This is especially true in the scratch and dent appliances. These are GREAT deals. Also you can still bargain on these prices. I don't know about you, but I like 50% to 70% off of retail prices with the manufacturers warranty intact (except for Samsung).nnThey have top of the line items, such as GE Profile, GE Monogram, etc. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I think of any business, customer service is the MOST important thing, followed by the backing of the products, or services that you offer.
Ms.Carla was the most helpful rep I have ever had. She was able to assist us with all our needs. Very sweet and helpful. She above and beyond to assist us and make sure we was satisfied with everything. I will definitely bring going back to her when I need anything else.
Terri, the manager, was very sweet, professional and informational.nShe made buying a new washer and dryer simple and fast.nI've been to this particular store a few times and have been comfortable and have found the prices hard to beat.nThey are very clean. Masked up and organized.
We were looking for a washer and dryer and someone had suggested this place. Got approved for financing at a different store but Terri kindly took care of that herself. So nice! The whole process was a breeze and she was very informative. Excellent customer service.
