Went to buy an oven, but after spending almost an hour trying to get help I left defeated. None of the dozen salespeople bothered to greet or even acknowledge me, Most were too busy on their computers, one was too busy eating peanuts at his desk, to offer any help. I went to this store because I thought I would get good customer service... nope, no service. very disappointed.

My apologies to John F. and the crew at South Daytona Johns Appliance & Bedding...You're the best!nnWhat a great experience! We went in to just look at some washer/dryer sets, but ended up purchasing a beautiful LG combo that we absolutely love! John F was friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable, providing us with outstanding customer service and an exceptional buying experience! Thank you, John!! Great products at a great price! Should the need arise in the future, we'll be shopping at John's Appliance & Bedding!!!

We have purchased many appliances from Michael Tait. First of all, he takes the time to listen and figures out exactly what you want.nThen he gives you all the possible choices that are best for you. He also thinks of things you might not. After all, he has been working at John's Appliances for over 17 years. He knows the appliances and he knows what makes his customers happy!! We just bought a refrigerator and we're so excited. I will be going back to purchase new mattresses soon. I doubt I will even shop around, because he is trustworthy, honest and has the best deals! The best deal isn't always a lowered sticker price.

I just want John's appliance City and bedding to know what an asset Michael Tait is to their company. He was not only professional , but also knowledgeable and personable .
