IF there is an item you like be sure to give yourself plenty of time to purchase and pick it up or have it delivered. It could 10 or more days to have it sent to your pick up location or delivered to your house. They will load your vehicle. The people are nice and helpful. They offer financing and will do their best to work with your budget. There are lots of designs to choose from. The quality is good for the price. This is the first and definitely not the last time I will be making a purchase at American Freight! My husband and I were looking for a new bedroom set. Mike, our salesman, was amazing! From the time we walked into the door he was right there to help us with any needs we had. He was very kind, knowledgeable and extremely professional. Mike was awesome, knowledgeable, and helpful. Mike helped me find the perfect sofa set and a beautiful lamp to go with it . It was delivered the SAME DAY! I will be recommending friends and family to him.

On Sunday 1/10/2021 I went on an expedition to buy a living room set and was greeted by a pleasant and upbeat professional named Luis. He was so helpful and knowledgeable. He took his time in explaining the furniture, manufacturer, warranties, purchase and deliver options. He answered all my questions and never once made me feel like I was being sold. I hate going into stores to shop because I don’t want to be stormed by sales people trying to sell me. I knew what I wanted and he allowed me to shop and never interrupted me while I explored my options. I was advised that my couches were not in stock and had to be ordered. It would take about 2 weeks - 30 days max.nWas willing to wait and Luis apologized for not having it in store. He walked me through the whole purchase with confidence and professionalism. I was surprised 2 days later when he called me and left me an exciting and upbeat message that my furniture would be delivered the very next day. Not only did they deliver the next day.. but I was the first client to receive my furniture on Wednesday and that allowed me to pick up my kids and have the surprise ready for my family before dinner. I’m so happy that I chose to walk into the store and totally blessed to have had Luis as my sales professional. I will be back to purchase some more pieces from them. I bought 2 beautiful recliner leather Couches at a huge discount. We are ecstatic! Purchased a mattress with the help of a nice man name Will. The mattress I purchased was exactly what I was looking for and super comfortable.Definitely recommend this store and honest sales man who knew what he was talking about when it came to furniture/ mattresses.
