I stopped using Aloha about 1 year ago after dealing with slow, angry and complaining installers. 3 days into the install the installers were angry about having to stay and finish the job. That night while installers were there my toilet valve mysteriously breaks and pops off , water all over the place. Part of the job was tile installation.The next day 3 of my main sewer lines were plugged up. It cost 295 to clear them. These lines were all good before the installers were there. Zero help and no compensation from owners and management of Aloha Carpet. I will never use Aloha Carpet again. Home Depot and Lowes are now my choice for carpet and tile and both have done great work for me with no issues and good installers. Plus no damage and no clogged up sewer lines.

I called Aloha Carpet to ask for a donation to a local middle school's intensive reading class. I had the pleasure of speaking to the office manager, Laura Sager, who took my request to the owners, Mr. and Mrs. Smith.
