The in store customer service was incredible. My wife and I were so happy and excited to move into our new home with brand new quality appliances from a reputable company. Well after calling six separate times to pay for the items, nobody answered our calls. Not once did they even bother to call us back. Never in my wildest dreams would I have thought it would've been so hard to try to give a company $12,000 for appliances. Well Grand Appliance and TV, you just lost our business. Probably for good.

I visited Grand Appliance and TV to shop for an oven. This was the third stop I made yesterday. I was very confident that I was going to find what I was looking for as far as product and price. I was happily surprised to find both. The product that I was looking for was there and at a price over $200 less then either of the other places I had visited. The person that helped me while there was awesome. He answered all my questions and directed me to the best product at the best price. A very personable place to shop, a greatnshopping experience, and a great value for your money.

I had a great experience working with the salesman Tim. He took his time, explained appliances, listened to me and made recommendations for my use. He didn't over spend my money! I had a very enjoyable afternoon and am looking forward to my new appliances. Very friendly and efficient salesperson Tim, who went out of his way to help me get a hard to find appliance. I would recommend this store over a big box store. Update; Bryan installed my dishwasher on Wednesday. He was very thorough, knowledgeable and professional. He gave me a lot of good advice. I highly recommend Grand Appliances from their sales staff to their installation staff. Thanks again!

Shopping for the appliances was a breeze - delivery - not so much!!nnAn automated call happened on 10/27 stating that the delivery was scheduled for the next. Since no one was going to be home that day, I called back and talked to a customer service rep and was told the next time they could make the delivery would be on 11/04 and that I would be called on 11/03 with a window time for the delivery.nnAt 4:00pm on 11/03 I called and left a message for a call back as I did not receive a call yet. At 4:58 I received a call back from a very pleasant rep who stated my order was on BACK ORDER. What happened to it???nnRecords show the appliances will now be available on 11/15.
