I went into the store looking for two king size mattress and on the website I saw so many special deals, when I walk into the store the prices were much higher than I expected I kept walking around and then the gentleman that was there was able to help me out he says if I let him know my price range he will help me and he did and I am so grateful that he was there and he understood me. Great store great employee and a great mattress. You won’t regret it.nNow I have myself two new king size mattress very comfy and soft!!
This was our first time buying a mattress in person for our new home. Giovanni (Gio) was extremely helpful and showed us all of the options based off of our preferences. He took the time to explain our warranty and how it works for our specific mattress, the process to pay (we financed) and our options on how to finance. We are super excited to get in our new king size mattress and give it a try! Absolutely great experience overall!
I was looking for a specific type of Box Spring and ended up calling mattress firm. Mark Lawson was the assistant that helped me find what I needed. He truly went above and beyond, I thank you so much and will definitely use mattress firm in the future.
