Staff was trying to do their best to get what I needed but, after I have spent thousands of dollars and being a solid customer for the past 20 years, I think it is unreasonable for me to pay money down on a minor purchase. The interest rate is more than a credit card and in my opinion ridiculous. I'm to the point that I will finish paying off my account and WILL NOT be a returning customer.
Ms Lolli went out of her way to find a couch and live seat that wasn’t on back order and available for immediate delivery. She was very helpful, walked all over the store, checking multiple sets. Much appreciated!!!
Sales people very friendly and serve as a guide without pressure. Good products and good prices. GOOD JOB!!!
Very pleased with my purchase! All of the staff at the live oak Badcock are amazing but Ms.Lolli helped me personally and made the process easy and stress free. She is a asset to the company!
Walked in just to look around and bought myself a new bed. I'm super excited. They have a great sale going on right now. Very friendly atmosphere. No pushy sales people. They give you time to look and ask if you would like some assistance. They didn't pounce on us like prey.
