This store went above and beyond to find a replacement key for a piece of furniture that I did not even purchase from them!!! In today’s world of non existent customer service this store still offers their customers total satisfaction! I highly recommend Collier’s when looking for your next furniture purchase.
I must say, Sid was very good on the phone, but Victor on the showroom floor, fantastic. Knowledgeable and courteous he is going to tell you straight. So many styles and colors I am sure you can find the selection that suits your needs.
Nice, clean store. The people are helpful and friendly. Their products left plenty to be desired. Furniture seems to be a few steps up from Ikea, but at their price point the quality is lagging behind.
Victor was knowledgeable, attentive but not pushy. He was thorough in letting me know about my options.
Staff was phenomenal, so.accomodating and helpful. Helped us purchase living room furniture that is solid and high quality at a good price. Will definitely be back!
