Exceptional customer service. Straight forward honest very respectful gentleman that listens ask questions to get a full understanding of your interest/concerns. Takes his time to show you all available options, he doesn’t just try and sell you an item he makes sure you have a full understanding of the product you are interested in purchasing. To think I only walked in to ask a question about my finance account which Shiah went above and beyond to make sure I received the information I needed. To purchasing a very comfortable mattress. Great overall experience buying a mattress and frame. Our salesman, Shaya, was awesome and very knowledgeable. We already plan to come back for future purchases. Also, we ended up getting two body pillows for less than $20 which made my day :)
