I must say Lowe's gave me non professional service. We bought a refrigerator from the store in Sanford Florida online for my mother-in-law. I also bought the waterline to go with it. Well when time to deliver between 8-12 on Saturday that didn't happen. It got delivered after 12 which was fine. But when I checked my text messages with the 5 digit code they gave me it said delivered. Called my mother-in-law it wasn't delivered. Then when they finally delivered it they didn't hook up the waterline. Not only did they not hook it up but but they took the waterline with them that I paid for. Definitely not happy with Lowe's right now ud83dude15

Very good customer service. Just had a quick question and I was in and out in no time. Note that this location doesn’t offer truck rentals, but they kindly referred me to the Casselberry and Orange City locations.
