Had a great experience with Antonio, he worked his tail off to be able to get my order together. He even drove to another store to pick up items just for me. Will definitely be buying here again just because of the great customer service I received
If I could give the managers, Thomas & Eric, 6 stars I would! Amazing customer service, very personable without being too overwhelming. They’re very knowledgeable and do a great job working with their customers by helping them obtain the furniture they need at the best price!
We dealt with Eric and he was very helpful! I would recommend coming to this store. This is the second American freight we went to before making a couple thousand dollar purchase. Definitely ask for Eric!
I went in for bedroom furniture and I was highly impressed by the staff of American Freight. Thomas was extremely helpful and very nice. He had similar taste of furniture as myself so it made my shopping experience very smooth. Would recommend to all my friends and family.
I cant believe this. I came to this store today with my daughter, and one of the employees (the black tall skinny guy) gave my 16 year old daughter his number while we were walking out of the store. So disrespectful. That your employee during work ? My daughter is a minor, I can believe this employee write in a paper “you are so beautiful” so disgusting.
