We lost our home in a fire and was in need of new furniture, we went everywhere and stopped in Badcock in Sanford FL. and the had exactly what we were looking for in a living room set, only trouble is that it is on backorder for 4 months, we decided to think about it and went back in and they told us that they had 2 of the 3 pieces in, because someone backed out so we decided to buy and wait for the 3rd piece, super easy to deal with and very friendly. Will do business with them again.
I have made several purchases from Badcock. I have been waiting since March to get my furniture fixed. i am very understanding but the repair ticket went in March. Here we are it is almost August. I keep getting told its parts . They have come out twice and have said they were ordering parts. They have no answers and it is very frustrating. Broken Furniture in two rooms for Months. They just need to replace the furniture if they cannot fix it!!!! Buyer Beware
To me it's the best place to get what you need as far as furniture for you house and to build up your credit I enjoy shopping there when I pay off one item I'll get another. They are very friendly and help you the best they can with what you need
