I tried repeatedly to call the parts department to order a wiring harness for a sub woofer. I always got a voicemail for Liz. I called several times. When I called corporate to complain Liz called me. She said that she was going to email me and give me her direct line which she never did. I called her again she answered and I ordered the part. She said that she was going to email me and give me a tracking number, she did not. I called again today and got her voicemail again. Maybe get someone in the parts department that would do their job and return phone calls.
XDVD276BT Cheap company that they don't even provide firmware updates for their products when they're not working properly, bought it once and that's it,,
I installed their XDVD156BT in my van. It works great, although I called to see what the USB video specs should be. My first call they went to get help and told me that it supports AVI and MP4 at 720 x 480 resolution. I asked, so the manual is incorrect. They then told me most definitely.nnAfter I still couldn't get the video playing I called back and they told me that the manual was correct. I am now converting mpeg 2 which I tried before just at the resolution they gave me. If this doesn't work they told me to replace the unit. Sure a lot of wasted time on things they should know.
