I went into the Verizon dealer to upgrade my phone and give my “old” iPhone to my daughter. Brandon was super helpful and easy to work with. He even spent time after his shift ended to make sure everything was perfect and in working condition. I appreciated how professional and knowledgeable Brandon was.
It was nice and well kept in the store, and it was easy to ask questions and get a clear answer. Plus friendly and helpful staff :)
Brandon was by himself, he was helping me, another customer, and answering the phone. He was polite, knowledgeable and stayed polite all the while being very busy. We were dealing with Sprint putting us on hold indefinitely. I got cold, he even loaned me his jacket!!! Great employee and great guy!!!
