I think Travis is a pretty cool guy. He help customers and doesn't afraid of anything.
I went to Staples in Lake Mary and requested for assistance, because I wanted a buy a desk and a chair. They told me to wait for the manager near the desk that I would buy. I waited, and the manager just ignore me and decide to assist another costumer who had not requested for assistance. The manager did't even bother to tell me that he would be with me in a moment or tell another employee to help me.. So, I left the store. Today they did't earn it $400 due to their poor customer service!
Sold HP ink that will not work in printer. Took it back for a refund. The employee stated they won't provide refund for open box ink. Dang. I wish they would print DEFECTIVE on the box so I would not spend $36 and half a day just to get some condescending employee to brush me off to the manufacturer. Never a Staples customer again.
Visited this location in 9/04/2020. More than half of the computer chairs were not available nor can they offer another orders.nnI will gladly bring my business elsewhere.
Their service is awful. People on the tills are slow and inefficient and there have been times I’ve had to wait because there was NO ONE on the tills.
