Went in to replace my screen protector and came out with a lower bill and a new phone. The phone I wanted for my birthday. The staff is so nice and sweet. I’m supper happy with their customer service.
I love this location it is the absolute best t mobile in central Florida. Never lines and fabulous service. Tried to upgrade my I phone at 2 other locations and they couldn’t get it done. lake Mary location came through as always great staff.
So I’ve been to this store 2x within the last month, the energy in this store I love. They make you feel welcomed, informative, full details, attentive and theeee best customer service, I must say. I would recommend anyone to this T-Mobile store. Thank you Joshua, Milly (store manager) and nyesha!!! Y’all service is above and beyond. I’ll definitely be a returning customer. Thanks again.
Ashli was AMAZING! My phone got water damage and wasn't working anymore, and she got me into a new phone quickly and efficiently. She knows her stuff and is really great at what she does. Also the manager Mille was awesome, couldn't ask for better customer service!!! ud83dudc4d
This is my second time coming into the location and I love their energy. Milly is so sweet and Joshua is so knowledgeable about the Samsung phones. He really is an expert. I love the staff here.
