Didnt know it was a 2 story location, but that had no effect on the quality of service. I was picking up an online order, so I was in and out. No issues getting here with Maps.

Big fan; excellent customer service for purchases AND returns. I love the Kohl's cash and percentage off deals. Very good prices for very good quality home items like kitchen; bed and bath. Online purchase with curbside pickup is fast and easy.

Great store with great values and good stuff. They are also handling COVID-19 protocols very well. They keep everything very clean and customers spaced out throughout the store, even during the busy holiday season. Definitely a good quality store for clothes in the Sanford/Lake Mary area.
