I came into this metro because I needed to pay a bill I normally dont go in to pay my bill in store I was having problems with my metro app but I'm so happy I decided to go into that location I have never Been treated with so muchnrespect and patience ,courtesy, I will never go to another metro pcs ever the woman I believe she was the manager her name was Bridgett and she is awesome and absolutely deserves a raise she is so honest and I have been to a lot of metros where I felt like they where trying to take advantage of me because I'm a older man but dont let my age fool you I can tell a hard working honest woman also I've been to a lot of metros but this location was clean they were very protected I felt very safe so I will definently give this metro pcs A 5 star best service I've had in A long time and I will absolutely come. Back to that location only.if the manager is available thanks
The associates at this particular location seem disinterested in taking a personal responsibility fo what they are offering and making sure the customer understands what they are getting and how much it will REALLY cost.nnUnless you need a phone ready to use the day you buy it I suggest buying from metropcs' official website instead as you will not be forced into buying additional services you do not want such as cell phone insurance and prices of accessories and other items will be plain for you to see instead of being hidden until you receive the receipt or inquire about the price.
Very helpful with stupid questions. I don't know much about phones and they helped me out.
