If you buy one of the accessories and it doesn't work even if you have the receipt you cannot return it even if it has only been 24 hours because they get it from some company in China and they will not take it back.

Very nice and forgetful people. Quick to sell you a lie and then say no they didn't. The black woman stated phone was free with added line and then stated all essentials were includes .today phone was off and she stated no she sold us essentials as abundle pack and i was to still pay my phone. Crooks at it best. Dont recommend this place at all.
