If I can rate this store, there will be no stars I would give them 0. Very very unhappy with the customer service At Metro By TMobile.There was one staff member named Ashley (Name Tag) that was very rude, with the gentleman man and I, it was very embarrassing. Walked into the store at the same time. Ashley started to yell at us like we were low lives. We did not have a mask on, this is a free country if she or the store not going to provide with masks then they or she needs to mind her business or be nicer to customers or she could have ask nicely if we don’t have one to wear one next time of visit. I talked to corporate and they said that they will speak to Moe (Manager).Corprate said that they will help with my bill cycle and will change the way how the store is treating customers because no customers should be treated that way we were treated by no means. if we don’t wear a mask we don’t have to, if she wants to by all means she can that her choice but she has no right to be yelling at customers or saying anything to customers if they are wearing one. It a free country if she wearing a mask good for her dosnt mean everyone has to wear one. This store is a joke. First and last time for me they lost two customers I hope the lose more with the actions there pulling god dosnt like ugly. I’m really praying they change there ways. Also it sad, I seen another man in the back Of the store working with no mask but it ok for him not to wear one but I get embarrassed because I don’t have one ps to whom it may concern go to another metro who will treat you right. Or call corporate like I did this store is so unprofessional in every way possible

The manager at this location is so rude and unprofessional!!! I will be contacting corporate!!!!
