The staff is very helpful, and the store is well stocked most of the time. Services provided include computer repair (mostly software), UPS shipping and various business services.

Everybody there was very helpful. Bought business cards from them. Michelle was very nice and very helpful to me. DO NOT ALLOW STAPLES TO MOVE YOUR DATA FROM ONE MACHINE TO ANOTHER. This Location is inept.nnI normally handle all the IT work for our small home bushiness. However, about 6 months ago one of our users was having issues with an older hp 360, I was not able to fix it remotely. I was not planning to come back to the office for another 4 months. We agreed to buy a new laptop and the user took advantage of the staples offer to move their data from the old computer to the new one. Staples called and said they were done much earlier than expected. The end user is not computer savy and became increasingly dissatisfied with the user experience. She could not open photos, programs disappeared after a restart, all sort of issues that had no explanation.nnI arrive at the office and do my normal split the drive creating a C and D partition, then I relocate the user folders to the D drive so that data and Operating system are separate in the event windows becomes compromised. I have done this with every one of our computers and numerous client computers. I was baffled by the fact that this one machine would reset to windows defaults after every reboot. After spending hours examining the new update package 4/1/2020 I realized it was not windows issue but the service preformed by the store was not completed properly. No one bothered to verify that the computer was actually usable. The software was accessible and there were no errors in whatever it is they staples said they did. DO NOT ALLOW STAPLES TO MOVE YOUR DATA FROM ONE MACHINE TO ANOTHER. It is Clear that the Fort Pierce location has the most unskilled people working in store, or if they are skilled they do not check their work. The end user ended up using the old laptop until I arrived to properly set it up.

We have done business in this store for years- we love the tech guys and until I met Michelle the asst manager who told me ‘there’s nothing else I can do for you’ after I asked to ask a question - feel free to message me for details - unbelievable
