I am very disappointed in the delivery of a dryer I wasn’t contacted by the “home delivery” department as we were told we would be via a phone call instead an email was sent. I was told by the home delivery manager Brittney Myers that the email is a confirmation. How is an email a confirmation that this is a good time for your customer. I am now being told by the manager of the home delivery department that no adjustments can be made in the time slot picked for my delivery by whomever picked this because it was not us the customers. I had to reach out via phone call today to inquire about when my dryer was going to be delivered never was I contacted by anyone from Badcock at all. I then asked to speak to her boss which I was told by her (Brittney Myers) that she is the boss there is no one else to speak to. I explained I have to be to work at 3:30 could I possibly have the dryer delivered at 2 and was told no. I am very disappointed in the Badock home delivery department. I asked for another day possibly Wednesday as I am off Wednesday and was told no deliveries are available for Wednesday. I asked for Thursday or Friday morning and we’re also told those are not available. I can not believe that adjustments can not be made to a delivery time, that is very hard to believe. If anyone can think of anything to assist in this process it is very much appreciated. I am basically now going to have to miss work to wait on a dryer when all this could of been avoided. This is very poor customer service from Badock.

I honestly was about to leave when I was asked for a $36.00 down payment. After the 15 years that I have been a customer and the amount of money I have spent at Badcock it was a slap in the face. I have a $5500.00 limit and have made all my payments. So if this is a policy change you might want to reconsider it. Other than that the staff was wonderful but the whole down payment issue left a bad taste in my mouth from the whole meal.

My wife and I needed a refrigerator as ours was was going out, what a hassle shopping for one. Came to Badcock where I was helped by Ruby, she is very courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. Made the purchase process from qualifying our needs to selecting the fridge that would work best for us, to helping us get the credit and terms that was best for our budget, to getting a delivery date that was sooner rather then later, one of the easiest and hassle free buying experiences. Ruby was also patient and kind and never made us feel pressured to purchase something but very much like a welcomed guest, this is where we should have gone first, and where will go from now on and Ruby and Badcock has our future business. Thank you for a great buying experience

The staff was very nice and helpful. We even got there close to closing time but they did not hesitate to make sure we had exactly what we wanted and helped us get everything set up for financing and delivery. Thank you
