We did the purchase online, but our research started at the store... We visited two stores (one had the set we were looking for on display). The staff at both stores were unfailingly polite and very helpful.
Great customer service!! Ask for Aliyah, she's very pleasant, professional and helpful. I ordered an Ottoman that I needed to replace after a family member sat on it and was too heavy and damaged it. Although, I didn't purchase the original one from Badcock's, they had a match to what I was looking for at an amazing price. I can't wait to see it!! I made sure I purchased a repair warranty which was also available at an amazing price!! Thank You Badcock's
