I went to day to buy a phone. They require masks in the store... I will go someplace else and make sure never to return here again. You want to live in fear then do so at your own expense. There is no law in Florida that says we must do so, having rude customer service is unacceptable at any store.
I've been to this store several times in the last few years. They have poor customer service and are not helpful if you have a problem. By contrast, they are so friendly if you want to buy something.nI knew I should not have gone there to buy by latest phone because I don't want to give them my business since they aren't helpful when I need it.nBut it was close by so I went. Now I'm sorry I did. I look at my receipt and see they've charged me a $76 activation fee. Wow! I'll be stopping by tomorrow to see why. No one should be charged such an outrageous fee.
