Pretty nice store, went in to rent a carpet shampooer and they forgot one piece so I had to go back and get it, but it was an easy fix so no big deal. However, when I got back to the condo the unit never did work properly and did not do a good job. I explained it to the lady when I took it back and she happily credited my credit card and was very apologetic. So I felt like I received good customer service other than the $60 in chemicals that I had bought along with the shampooer of which was gone and there just wasn’t anything they could do about that. But it’s a pretty nice store overall and the employees seemed happy to help.
Love the prices here and the great friendly helpful staff. I find many items here that are great for my household and for health and beauty and also bedding and draperies pictures small appliances and a lot of different food items.
