Wow! What a blessing it has been dealing with them . From the quality of the furniture to the staff, I was blown away! I have dealt with a few furniture companies in the past but I have never been so pleased. Nicole was such a gem. She was patient with me as I was looking for something, she even held my furniture for over 2 weeks while I was getting ready to move. She went over everything down to the signatures. She was very sweet and professional. Up until the day I was ready to get my stuff delivered she was always in contact. Mikey and Alina were so awesome! I was having a rough day and they were very understandable. They were efficient and very quick! They were funny and energetic. They were gentle with getting the furniture into the house and putting it exactly where I wanted it. Thank you Great rooms for going above and beyond and providing exceptional service !!

Walking into the store Jose was very welcoming!! He walked & talked to us & explained to us the process & the different things he had available and if it’s wasn’t he will try & get us anything we needed. The whole visit was a Great .I can’t wait to go back & purchase more!!! Will recommend anyone looking for anything for your home to go to Great Rooms because customer service, Price & Quality was 100% AMAZING!!

I've never rented to own anything in my life not really knowing what steps would I need to take. I called up and Jose answered the phone and made the whole experience so pain free. He was helpful he was informative and gave really good energy. The whole vibe in the store was so relaxed and felt so homey. Couldn't have done it without Jose. I just wanted to publicly say that Jose La Fontaine and the Great Rooms staff are the greatest! I have never felt so welcomed in a sales environment as this one! Jose not only makes you feel like family and meets all of your home furnishing needs,but he remembers you well after your purchase! I see this man in the street and he still knows,acknowledges,and greets me as if I was stepping into the showroom with that same excitement/energy! I love it man!!
