Dawn is just amazing. She took the time to help me with the purchase of a sofa and recliner, her thought to detail and my color patterns were spot on. She never pressured us from the moment we walked through the door, as some places do. All in all, I would definitely purchase from Havertys again, and hope that Dawn is still there in the future.

I had a great experience with Carolyn in the Palm Harbor store last October. She was very knowledgeable and assisted me in choosing a custom sofa.
