This store it’s a bad news.nHas a record of lies to customers.nPromise verbally to receive product in one month, on paperwork written 6 months, and that was the true.nI just canceled all deal , but just want to be aware of regular practice of the store.nNever again!

Purchased a sectional, 4 chairs and 3 tables. Our salesperson Hazel Thayer was amazing! She not only helped us with ordering but kept us updated every step along the way. She has followed up and helped us addresses a few small issues that needed to be attended to. We would HIGHLY recommend Hazel and Florida Leather Gallery to all our friends and family.

OUTSTANDING customer service....my wife and I walked into the store, Linda approached us and welcomed us and invited us to browse the showroom....she didn't jump in our face and start badgering us....20-25 minutes later she saw that we were eyeing a particular sofa and she can fully prepared giving us complete details on the furniture. We left the store, compared prices with other stores and on-line distributers, but Furniture Leather Gallery prices were as good....and we love supporting local family businesses. Linda has followed up with regarding our order, placing our deposit, and we look forward to receiving the sofa/chase when it arrives....we'll then write a follow-up review regarding the delivery and condition of the furniture. I'D HIGHLY RECOMMEND FLORIDA LEATHER GALLERY in Clearwater.

Florida Leather Gallery Clearwater FL - We purchased a Leather Sofa and Love Seat for just under $6,000, which was delivered to our home 2 years and 1 month ago. Now I am sitting on the Wood Frame and the Leather is now pealing. We stopped by the store where we purchased and was basically given the cold shoulder. We were given a phone number to all as we purchased for just under $600 a 5 year Warranty. This warranty does not cover the Cushion Replacement. Remember we had the furniture delivered just 2 years and 1 one month ago. If you want quaintly do not shop at Florida Leather as they do not back their product and there past customers. Basically they took the Money and Ran!!

This store has really a really great selection of sofas and sectionals and also some of the most comfortable chairs I've sat in. Our sales person, Linda Gardner, knew the products really well and took a personal interest in our project. Once we ordered the sofas she stayed in touch and kept us abreast of the progress all the way until delivery. The sofas were well-wrapped and protected and the delivery crew did a careful job bringing them into the house. It's nice to be happy with a process from beginning to end and it rarely happens. Great experience.
