My wife and I purchased some patio furniture from Leader's last week. The showroom had a great selection and we found a set that was perfect for us. We worked with Bill, who took care of the order for us. What I liked the most about the pre-sales experience was the zero pressure approach. We walked in, looked around and asked lots of questions.nnBill was very knowledgeable, friendly and forthright. There was no pressure to buy, which made the shopping experience pleasant.nnWithin a few days, we received our furniture set. Everything arrived in immaculate condition and the delivery crew were polite and professional in bringing the furniture in and placing it where we wanted it. Everything came already assembled.nnIn summary, we had a *great* experience with Leaders of Palm Harbor and give them our highest recommendation.
Todd is an awesome salesman! Very helpful, accommodating and patient. The quality of Leaders furniture is unbeatable and their art/accessories are beautiful and are very reasonably priced. We highly recommend Leaders, and in particular the Palm Harbor store!
Had new cushions made for existing outdoor furniture. Salesperson was very professional and informative. The delivery for the cushions was exactly as promised. During these COVID times that is nearly impossible, very impressed with Leaders. The quality and craftsmanship of the cushions were outstanding! Great quality!
Huge selection. Lots of different collections to see and try. Todd was a perfect salesman. He was attentive, moved pieces around (even outside) and didn’t hover. Well worth our 45 minute drive.
We purchased a canopy daybed it is really comfy and looks so cool! Our salesman was really helpful and nice, I forget his name but he was from Kentucky. The delivery men were exceptional. Very happy we stopped in. I have been looking for patio furniture we were going to get a couch but this looked more fun.
