We recently had our floors and baseboards replaced by the Floor Depot in Dunedin. It was a significant job as we occupied our house during the installation and our furniture had to be moved several times. A large portion of the flooring was installed over existing tile which needed to be leveled and ramped in multiple locations to transition properly from room to room.nnIt was a great experience dealing with Michael the Owner, JP the Sales Manager, and most of all the Installation Team. We were totally impressed with the quality of the installation and workmanship of Joey, John, James, and Tommy. They are very skilled installers, friendly, considerate, easy to work with, and moved our furniture with care during the installation process.nnI never write reviews because I expect a fair price and a quality job but my wife and I are so pleased with the installation of our new floors that we wanted to share our experience. Start to finish, Floor Depot did a great job.

Very good service - fixed an issue early on and we were left very satisfied and would definitely recommend. They kept their word, were professional and provided a quality product and a quality installation. Good customer service which led to good customer satisfaction. Thank you to Floor Depot.

Great price and service. There was a scheduling problem which they remedied quickly and to my satisfaction. Good selection of in-stock carpet and quick installation. Highly recommend them.

11/17/2020nnAt 8:20 on install day we received a call from Floor Depot to say that when they went to load our carpet to install, they discovered that they had not received it, ever! No apology whatsoever just provided a new production date with no idea of when it might arrive. Movers arriving in two days and no opportunity to make other arrangements for carpet because of Floor Depot’s negligence to insure they received our carpet order on time for installation as agreed with a $500 deposit no less. Buyer Beware of this locally owned business. We will move forward with a reputable company to get the job done.nnDescription of Work:nWe ordered carpet on 11/4/20 to be delivered to Floor Depot on 11/11 and installed on 11/17/20 at 8:00. Movers were scheduled for 11/19/20.

Dave and Tommy did an amazing job on continuing the wood floor from the rest of house into our master bedroom. They were able to match the same plank to the rest of floor installed by them 6 years ago. We could not be happier with it. Highly recommend.
