From start to finish they were professional. The salon was superbly clean & a/c was on a comfortable setting. The technicians didn't speak in another language while working on you which shows respect. The gal at the front desk was personable & helpful & went out of her way to assist with polish & to offer assistance for any other service. She brought us a glass of complimentary wine & led us to our seats like a 5 star hotel. Much praise for that kind of professionalism. The tech we had was very sweet and thorough. I prefer a stronger more defined massage but all techs are different. Regardless, this scores high in my book and I will return. I will request someone who does a deeper massage and I am certain I will be accommodated. Great job everyone... especially the manager, who I didn't meet, but as goes management, so goes the staff!
My favorite nail salon of all time. The staff is incredibly friendly. The salon is beautiful, relaxing and very clean. I always leave with amazing nails done that last for weeks. Amanda is my usual manicurist but I’ve used nearly all of them and have never been disappointed. So thankful to have found this place.
I just got a manicure done today and the whole experience was fantastic. I had Amanda as my nail technician and she did such a great job. I had showed her a picture of what I was wanting to get done and the final results came out EXACTLY like the picture. I will most definitely be coming back again in the future. Thanks!
What an amazing place ! I went in on a limb bc it was close and the time was getting close to rush hour so didn’t want to drive to the place I’ve been using the last two years ... first of all , the place is BEAUTIFUL!! The prices were great ! Most importantly I told them about issue I was having and rather masking it , they fixed it ! I look great & feel great! So glad I took a chance to just “pop in to check it out”... found my new nail home !! ud83dudc9c
Went here while on vacation and thought it would be great because the salon is super clean. But I’ve never been charged to have gel taken off my nails when I’m getting gel put back on and I live in Boston! They were also going to charge me for a simple design that they couldn’t even do so I ended up asking them not to do it because it looked terrible. They also realized they undercharged me a few dollars and ran out after asking for more money. The nail tech who did one of our pedicures fell asleep in the chair next to us while waiting for our toes to dry and then we were waiting to put our flip flops back on. My gel mani which I usually get a good 10-14 days from peeled off after five days and I didn’t even go swimming. Definitely won’t return on our next visit.
