I needed to upgrade my 94 year old mother’s I phone from a 6 to a 7 as I got a new iPhone 12 for my birthday. I first went Thursday 1/21/21 to the T-Mobile store in Clearwater on 60 east of 19. The representative there was just OK and sent me home because he could not get the data to transfer from the 6 to the 7 on apple transfer. I went home frustrated. I then called the apple 800 support desk and could not understand the representative at all. Thankfully at 6:30pm I decided to head to the T-Mobile location in Dunedin on Main and Keene and was BLESSED to be waited on by representative Mary. She spent the next 1’ 45” not only getting the transfer done , but also sharing a wealth of information about the T-Mobile plan and perks. I cannot thank her enough for her patience and sharing of knowledge.
Mary gave great care! She assist me with kindness and patience. She was very knowledgeable and took care of me. I thanks her so much for her great customer service!
Ive been with Tmobile for 16 years and never walked into a store with horrible customer service with also feeling uncomfortable. It was evening with two employees working, they were taking forever to actually help us (no one else there) they kept wispering to each other. Completely weird. Avoid this store.
This store is located adjacent to Publix facing Walgreens. It is large and mask are required. The service is attentive and welcoming.
Girl working was very rude to me for not having masks on with a condescending attitude. Despite a medical condition she made another rude comment to a customer she was talking to about us as they both laughed while i walked out. There were 3 people in the store with clear social distancing in effect but she would rather be rude then help. Definitely wont recommend or go back
