The WORST customer service in the shoe department. Had to return a pair of shoes I got As a gift less then a month ago Because they did not fit. I was made to feel ridiculous for waiting 3 weeks to return. Some lady and Javad made this whole scene being extremely rude and mouthy. When given the receipt they said this was bought at the end of January and it’s February now?! I never said anything other then I wanted a return and the both of them went off for 5 minutes. I was absolutely appalled at their behavior and customer service as I own a high end shoe and repair shop of my own. Definitely will never be back to this one.
