Terrific, no pressure buying experience. We have a competitor’s bed at home and were looking for a quick replacement at a vacation home and chose this spot as this location was close by. I came in with the expectation that I’d fall back to the competitor, but was pleasantly surprised to find a cheaper and comparable alternative that came with a free adjustable base. Susan Watson was our rep and she was great. I’ve recommended going to see her to our friends and family down here. Check this spot out.

I had such a refreshing and pleasant experience with Joni, Jessica and Susan at this location! Especially Joni - she was exceptional!nnI called and was given thorough explanations on the mattresses I was inquiring about and then very easily ordered it over the phone and arranged delivery.nnJoni even followed up to make sure delivery went smoothly.nnThe delivery team was also great! Rene and Josbel were a pleasure.nnAll and all, a very positive retail experience!

I needed help buying my first mattress, and Susan at Mattress Firm could not have been more helpful! She was extremely knowledgeable about their extensive line of product offerings, and she listened to my needs and helped select the perfect mattress for me and my sleep needs/preferences and budget. The company had the mattress in stock (so many others do not due to Covid), and even when I needed to make adjustments to the delivery schedule, Susan was super accommodating and understanding. Amazing customer service, thank you Mattress Firm!!

Joni was great. She was able to find the exact mattress to meet my needs and price point. She was even able to add some accessories and a frame at prices and delivery times that beat the internet. I had a lot more confidence in my purchase as a result of being able to test the bed in advance. The delivery team set my bed up quickly, efficiently, taught me how to use the electric adjustable frame and carries off the old stuff. Too notice service all around.

Nobody likes buying a mattress or the experience of haggling with a sales rep. We cannot say enough about the service we received for Joni. Her customer focus, honestly and follow-through were just impeccable. Our mattress was delivered damaged but her and her Manager Susan did nothing but impress us every step of the way. Highly recommended.
