Great experience in paint department. Had a specific color needed a perfect match for. I had difficult sample to match dark high gloss, not easy. John in paint department took the challenge. Determined to make it right, he kept at it until he got the exact match. Nice to see determination in a big box store. Due to this young mans customer service I rate this visit a 5 star.

Awesome Customer Service !! I was taking care of my honey-do list which included a trip to Home Depot. I was wondering around the garden department when Rich, the manager, asked if I needed some help. He actually took the time and walked me over to the items I was searching for and then we discussed some of the options that would yield the best results. Customer service is rare these days and it was so nice to actually experience it. Well my honey-do list got done and the yard looks amazing.nThanks Again Rich

The website is misleading. Often they don't have the items they list as in stock in store. When I asked about that they said you have to use their app because the website isn't accurate. Also I have them send a text to my phone with item location info and it's usually wrong. Today 3 different employees couldn't even point me to aisle RT. They all pretty much said that could be anywhere up front...and it wasn't.nnUpdate: Went in to buy some 1x3 cedar boards showing as available on the website and HD app. Couldn't find the. after extensive looking. Politely asked two associates for help and you would have thought I was making some unreasonable request. The number guy who grudgingly assisted didn't know the difference between a 1x3 and a 3/4x3. (Actual thickness is 3/4 and 5/8 respectively).

I am just trying to buy a tankless water heater, after ask for help and wait 30+ minutes nobody shows up. PLUMBING ISLE 11. Now have to buy online to get what I need.

When you can find someone to help you they are helpful. But they could stand to have a few more people to help you instead of having the hunt for them. Otherwise it’s pretty nice and the staff are friendly. I was looking for PVC fittings and they were all scattered in the wrong boxes so it took me forever to find what I needed. I can't complain too much about that though because it isn't their fault. I would assume they would check through it every now and then though.
