It’s a beautiful store with a lot of beautiful things. However I work in retail and I received zero customer service. No one even said hello when I walked in. There was only one or two other customers in the store and they were looking at very expensive things (furniture and such). They were asked if they needed help but my candle and I didn’t seem to matter. Needless to say I put the candle back and left.

My daughter and I stopped in today and were excited to check it out. The customer service was not at all what the reviews read. There were several lighting fixtures that we really loved for my daughters room. However, I would rather give my money to a business that seems somewhat friendly!

LOVE everything in this Gem. I bought most of my light fixtures there. Great furniture and adorable gifts. It has everything you need. I stop in often to see what is new. Helpful staff but no pressure to buy. You need to stop in.
