Metro by T-Mobile

I used to love this wireless phone company before T-Mobile merge with MetroPCS I had the best service with MetroPCS, it started when I had a cracked phone, and went in to see if I could have the glass replaced. First the girl at the counter rips off the protective cover even though my phone's working perfectly fine and pieces of glass fall out onto the counter. I didn't have enough money that night for the phone I wanted, but now I was forced to buy a phone I didn't want and I have just enough money on me , even though I had been using my cracked glass one for over a week and it was working perfectly fine.nThen I activated my phone, and my husband still had his old phone and the service just seem to get worse and worse on both phones. My phone calls were dropped all the time in the middle of conversations. I couldn't even go online to pay my bill my bars were so low. Like I said I used to be the best company. After paying a monthly bill of $80 for unlimited service customer for years, for the last three months I've had terrible service I have phone calls or dropped continuously, I only get one bar in my house. I've complained twice to customer service and called the store 3 times , went in twice .It does appear they have any power over the situation anymore. It's a shame! I don't have time to keep calling and running to the store. And should not have to.nThank you for your response and your email address but like I said I already called customer service three times and went to the store two times and I needed a phone so I went with another server. Thank you for all the years you work right I couldn't wait any longer it was 3 months and I had terrible service and I was paying $80 a month for two phones and we couldn't even use them hardly every time we got on the phone our phone would be dropped

I run to these people! The owner is wonderful and they always fix my issues.

Very good service....would recommend.

Every single time I come to the store every staff member is helpful and friendly.
