If customer service is so important, then this is the store you want to go to . They make sure the customer feels so important. I have been a Tmobile customer for years, so trust me when I tell you I felt welcome to be there... Gabby and Rob helped me and she made sure I was happy with my purchase. Customer service is so important, how you make a customer feel is important. I went today to look for a new phone, I have been a customer for years. Two girls there with a client. Not one even looked at me, said anything or acknowledged me for the three minutes I walked around, checking phones...I left. Many other places where saled people have a mininum of courtesy training. Call me old fashioned.
