I have been at this storage place for years. Marianne is awesome. She goes above and beyond. The units and hallways are always clean. Her customer service is caring and respectful. Marianne manages this facility excellently. She is very dedicated to assuring that service is wonderful

This is the second unit I am using in Renaissance Self Storage. SM Mariann & GM George have been incredible, informative and accommodating. The fabulous service makes me feel super comfortable with storing anything or everything.
The place is decent size. The staff are knowledgeable and will answer all questions you have. I forgot the lady's name who helped me reserve my unit but she was great. George was the staff who helped me on my move in day and he was also pleasant and professional. The storage place seems legit and safe. It was fully indoors and climate controlled. They seem to have better sizes than Public Storage as well.
Marianne is just awesome with customer service. I explained over the phone what I needed and absolutely did not want. She took the time to find the unit to match my needs and even went to inspect the unit. That's A+++ service, definitely recommend this location they really do provide excellent service!
