I rented this truck for about a 20 mile trip. I returned the truck but did not get a receipt. They stuck another hundred and fifty miles on the truck and charged my credit card and additional $43. This is very scandalous. So be careful if you rent here.
super great place to rent from the employees were impeccable and everything they had to do before I even ask
Not Much parking. View from the street. Decent employees. Nice size lot and fleet.
Poor customer service, made a reservation online and went to the location to pickup a truck. The front desk person told me that it’s not available. Didn’t even try to help me
Poor costumer service starting from the front desk ending with the person “ showing” me to my truck. He pointed in general direction of the car and said : go check if everything matches, this is it and walked back inside. I rent I haul pretty freakwently and this is the first location that doesn’t have after hours key drop off and no one informed me or anyone for that matter that there is no late drop off and we will be charged extra day. I was one of the two people who spent 2 hours of my precious time trying to figure out what is wrong with that place. I tried to open the door and the alarm went off. It’s a big mess, don’t recommend this location.
