Just fed up. Our fees just continued to increase while they offered new customers way better deals than the ones that were with them for years. Zero customer service and just kept piling in trucks and trailers to the point of hindering access to your unit and parking in general. Its a mess.
Clean, air conditioned, and the employees are very nice. The only thing I would like to see changed is if there were more dollys/carts to move items in or out of the unit.
My husband had two units here. Great security, amazing staff (Felix and Thomas are the best) , and excellent prices. If we hadn't moved to TN, we'd still be using them. Highly recommend.
Mostly overpriced and with clunky outdated systems on premises but its functional and useful.
Love this Place very friendly, professional, and outgoing staff got the unit I needed at a great price! I would definitely recommend this place
