Recently decided to buy a new artificial Christmas Tree. As we started shopping we were met by Jamie to assist us. Her knowledge of the trees was beyond what we had expected. This is not your normal store where the clerks hide or answer your one question and quickly disappear. After getting the tree home discovered one issue. I got on the phone with Jamie and she helped me get it resolved. She is the answer to what great customer service should be. Highly recommend this store and just ask for the Elf Lady (Jamie)to assist you .
Every plant i have brought home from this location brought spider mites into my plants. Every time i’m there, i see a new infestation of spider mites. Had to start documenting the atrocities of the infestations. If you’re a new plant comer or an experienced one, don’t go to this location.
