Colder's was the only furniture store open to the public during Covid-19 when it first shut down businesses and schools - we had just built a house and needed all new furniture. I didn't want to order a bed online or a couch knowing I had no idea if it was comfortable. The experience in store was so easy and stress free and the pricing we got was incredible. Delivery was free and so was set up... Its a great organization.
We went in for a new mattress 2 months ago, saw there was a great sale for 60% off total order or 1 dollar back towards furniture for every dollar spent. Something along those lines. It was a great deal. Now, two months later and we have nothing. No mattress and no furniture. Just the same email over and over. A week ago they could send what they have, everything but what we had came in for (the mattress) and now they can only send the dressers, next friday. If we had known this we would not have committed to spending THOUSANDS at their store.
We bought our couch and coffee table at Colder’s and had a great experience. That’s why we drove back a month later to buy the rest of the furniture we needed for our new apartment, the other reason being the double back mattress deal. Lisa was so incredibly helpful, she let us browse but got us started on the right track when we described what we were looking for. The financing options were great, overall really happy with the shopping experience. Can’t wait to get the furniture delivered!
Furniture came damaged! I’m waiting for a return phone call AND a REPLACEMENT!!! Hopefully situation can be resolved!!!nnI had purchased and picked up a wardrobe for my daughter. When we got it home and unwrapped it we realized it was damaged. Marlene from customer service was amazing! By the next morning she had tracked down a new wardrobe and was having it specially delivered. I am very satisfied with everything!!! It wasn’t Colder’s fault that it was broken. Besides, In today’s world, You can catch more flies with honey. I’m just saying, remember to be kind, it’s a two way street!! Sincerely satisfied, Barbi Nash
I worked with Judy during a great sale to purchase a king mattress and gorgeous bedroom set. She has worked for Colder’s for many years and was absolutely wonderful!!nAlso, Colder’s has teamed up with a great designer Emily from M+B Designs, who helped me choose just the right pieces to bring my room together.
