Entire process was amazing. Carmella was very helpful and nice without being pushy. The delivery team was prompt, efficient, and nice as well. Knowing we can have the bed adjusted during the first year removed anxiety around this purchase so we know it will be the right level of firmness after the kids get some nights actually sleeping on the mattresses vs the few minutes trying them out in the store. Exceptional experience, great price, and amazing service.
Very personable experience, love the fact you can customize each side of bed for each person. Pricing was super competitive and made right here in good ol US. We sent back the Purple4 we bought, looked at all other brands before deciding.
